What I do

• Lean / TPS shop-floor improvement

  I go to the line, look at how the work is really done, and fix the flow, the waste and the standards with your team.

• Cost and value engineering

  I review parts, processes and supplier costs, and find savings through design and engineering changes, not only through price pressure.

• Industrialisation and NPI support

  I help bring new products into production: process planning, launch readiness and early problem solving.

• Interim Operational Excellence manager

  I can step in for a few months to lead your improvement work or cover a gap.

• Lean coaching

  I coach team leaders and engineers in PDCA, A3 and standard work, so the improvements last after I leave.

How we work together

1. 1

   Short diagnostic2 to 5 days

   I walk the floor, look at your data and talk with your people. You get a short written report with the main problems and what they cost you.

2. 2

   Focused improvementusually 4 to 12 weeks

   We pick one or two areas and work on them with your team, with clear targets you can measure.

3. 3

   Handover

   I document the new standards and coach your people, so they can keep the gains without me.

My background

• 19+ years at Toyota Motor Europe. At Toyota I started on the factory floor as a stamping engineer.
• About €6M per year in cost optimisation across two vehicle programmes, much of it through engineering changes.
• Supported production engineering across four plants, and launches in the UK, Türkiye, the Czech Republic and Japan.
• Led cost reduction work for Aygo, Yaris, Corolla and C-HR, growing annual savings from about €5M to over €20M.
• Three Toyota VA Awards. MBA with honours, MSc in engineering, PSPO I.
• Since 2026 I have been building my own independent practice.
